BILL HARRA
CEO, Director of Operations

Jet U.S. Profiles

A licensed pilot at age 17, Jet U.S. founder and CEO Bill Harra put his love of flying on hold when the responsibilities of family and career changed his priorities. After graduating from Maryville College and working for a major Philadelphia printing firm, Bill moved back to his native Wilmington, Delaware, and founded his own printing company. The multi-million dollar label and manufacturing firm was sold in January 2003, and Bill’s energies were funneled into the founding and creation of Jet U.S.

In the late eighties Bill returned to flying, co-owned a flight school and taught flying for several years before moving on to earn three FAA jet type ratings for Westwind, Citation 525 and Citation 550 series jets. In the late nineties Bill began flying jets as an independent contractor for several major Delaware corporations. It was while flying for a Fortune 500 company that Bill met Jet U.S. co-founder Don Anthony.

An ATP (Airplane Transport Pilot) Bill brings over 30 years of business experience and more than
4000 hours of flight experience to the Jet U.S. team.
